Creamy Rice? Well technically...yes.

At last night's restaurant I saw on the dessert menu 'creamy rice' and thinking it was like the Greek pudding version, decided to give it a try. When it arrived, it was a glass of cream, with Rice Bubbles on top. Ha! Perhaps I watch too many cooking shows but where was the technique?!
